LIABILITY ONE

Liability One is NZI’s suite of liability insurance products in one simple package. It was designed for SME businesses as a comprehensive liability insurance offering to give them peace of mind that they are covered in most situations.

I led the launch of this package from a marketing perspective, establishing the name and working with our media agency to create an advertising plan. It featured a comprehensive internal launch with messaging from the top down and training into broker facing teams. Externally we had a thorough media plan with advertising in industry publications, radio adverts and announcer reads, display advertising, social media, and OOH.
